Hi! My name is Brittany Neal, and I am a former public schoolteacher and current homeschool momma in West Virginia! I have a Bachelors degree in elementary education, a Masters degree in gifted education, and have experience teaching in the elementary classroom and as a gifted specialist. I am familiar with the individual learning needs associated with special education and always start with the child's current abilities when I assess progress, not their age or grade level. I am familiar with all homeschooling styles and am unschool-friendly. I am flexible in how I accept portfolios and happy to answer any questions and give advice during the year.
